The "WARRIOR'S" Drink!

Hey peeps! I want to share with you this amazing drink that I have been preparing myself every day for the past year-and-a-half. I have noticed a HUGE difference in me ever since I started. I am vibrating at a high level, and I feel grounded as well. It's super easy to prepare, all you need is a glass of water, half teaspoon of spirulina, blue-green algae, and wheatgrass. I must warn you, the taste isn't something to brag about, but the benefits are worth it! Check this out:

Blue-green algae are taken by mouth as a source of dietary protein, B-vitamins, and iron. They are also taken by mouth for anaemia and to stop unintentional weight loss. They are also used for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), hay fever, diabetes, stress, fatigue, anxiety, depression, weight loss, and premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and other women's health issues such as menopause.

Some people use blue-green algae for trading precancerous growths inside the mouth, twitching of the eyelids, boosting the immune system, improving memory, increasing energy and metabolism, improving exercise performance, lowering cholesterol, preventing heart disease, healing wounds, and improving digestion and bowel health. Blue-green algae is also taken for high blood pressure, HIV/AIDS and HIV-related conditions, cancer, fatty liver disease, hepatitis C, and arsenic poisoning.

Wheatgrass is packed with powerful combination of nutrients that make it extremely useful to your health. It has many therapeutic benefits and is known as complete nourishment. The extensive combination of vitamins and nutrients may make wheatgrass an exceptional choice to enhance your well-being. Wheatgrass has antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-inflammatory properties.

The nutrients in wheatgrass aid the body in getting rid of impurities and stored toxins. For example, the chlorophyl; aids in detoxing the body and helps support healthy liver function. Once your body is cleansed, you may see an increase in energy levels and better health overall. Wheatgrass enhances the function of your immune system. This can help ward off infection and disease. Plus. you'll feel much better when your immunity is performing at optimal levels. If you do get some type of illness, having a strong immune system can help you recover more quickly.

Spirulina was consumed by the ancient Aztecs but became popular again when NASA proposed that it could be grown in space for use by astronauts. Gram for gram, spirulina may be the single most nutritious food in the planet. Spirulina is a fantastic source of antioxidants, which can protect against oxidative damage.

Spirulina can fight against free radials and inhibit production of anti-inflammatory signalling molecules, providing impressive antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. Research in animal indicates it can reduce cancer occurrences and tumor size.

Spirulina's effect on oral cancer, or cancer of the mouth, have been particularly well studied. One study examined 87 people from India precancerous lesions, called oral sub mucous fibrosis (OSMF), in the mouth. Among those who took 1 gram of spirulina per day for one year, 45% saw their lesions disappear, compared to only 7% in the control group.
